I have very bad credit and I can’t obtain a bank loan and a payday loan won’t do. Does anyone know of any other way I can obtain a personal loan of 5,000.00 without doing a credit check…..I am employed and will be able to make monthly payments.

Payday loan company is still deducting from bank acct way over amount of loan paid. What do I do?

I received a small loan 18 months ago. The amount was deducted from my account and paid off in a few short weeks. The company is STILL deducting from my account (sometimes 2 and 3 times per month). The amount they have taken is over 4 times the amount of the loan. How do I get this money back?

My husband and I started checking into those payday advance loans and after filing out ONE application to see what we could get and how much it would cost we decided it was a bad idea. Now they continue to call us to “finish” the loan application. How do we make them stop calling?

My husband and I have dug a bigger hole with payday loans, trying for a quick solution. We are now over extended and need to figure a way out without going further in debt with the bills we had originally on top of the pay day loans we’ve accumulated. Do they stpo the accounts? Put a halt on them, or do they keep them open? I dont mind putting a halt, but to close the accounts after all is paid on the consolidation loan, i would like to know i have an open line of credit with my card company. Any input will be gladly appreciated! Thanks!

I just have no contact with this person anymore. Guess it was a stupid choice for the cosigner to do it in the first place. I am caught up with my loan payments, but I just don’t want them on it just in case worse comes to worse.

So consolidation? Take out a loan to pay the loan? Any ideas?

I just saw they are offering this service at the tax offices. Has anyone done it? What are the fees and conditions? This is different than the Refund Anticipation loan, with the Instant Money Advance loan you don’t even need your W-2.
The website says the max amount can be $2,500.

I got a phone call today from a creditor stating that they were going to garnish my wages if I don’t pay this. I have never gotten one bill for this and thought it was consolidated with my student loans, but confirmed that it was a personal loan. I don’t know where to go with this. It was taken out in 2001 and some people are telling me to wait the seven years and it will drop off and others are saying that they can garnish my wages. One credit bureau shows this under positive history and the other shows negative. Please help!!!!

I have an outstanding ontario and federal student loan, you see im on dissability for my eyes and am unable to repay it however they wont listen to reason as the government has none so it is outstanding and i believe a portion if not all ahs been trasnfered to a collection agency.
